It was an LA jury. For some reason famous people get off easy. I think there were a few people on that jury that went into the room hoping to get picked and free OJ. I am sure some people lied to get picked.

Remember they got most of the gang leaders in the 30/40s for tax fraud, not for murder or robbery.

Again, it's LA. These people knew that if he was convicted, the riots would start on their front lawn. Because even though they were "Sequestered", who wouldn't know that the mailman who lived next door who had suddenly vanished for 8 months was on that jury?

All Cochran had to do was draw the circus out, and they could have had video of him doing it while high-fiving satan and he still would have gotten off.
