Crabcakes and ACL tears
Its alright. That was a very very successful roadtrip. Shouldve gotten 2 today, but we still control our own destiny and get a few at home

We have a game on them, they just lost to edmonton, and they still dont have mike smith. It may come down to the last game, but we've been fairly successful playing phoenix. And I have a feeling that we'll still be ahead by game 82, so it might be one of those things where "dont lose in regulation and we're in" type of thing
Losing on the road is never devastating imo... even when its in the fashion we lost today
This loss was a lot more devastating than many will think. This comes down to game 82 and the game is in Glendale. Sorry they may have a tiebreaker but the last 8th spot is still anybody's for the taking between Dal and Phx.

Stars had a couple of really unlucky bounces against Florida and Luongo made some really lucky saves. The Stars were the better and hungrier team, but the better and hungrier team doesn't always win. I'm disappointed that they lost a winnable game that they really needed, but I'm not mad at the team. The effort and desperation were there. The NHL screwed them pretty hard with such a brutal lengthy road trip with multiple back-to-backs this late in the season. Even Buffalo can beat Boston if they catch them on a tired night.
At least Columbus held them to 1 point.
