Jahlil has great hands and feet. Can't teach that.

After his 79/100 from 3 in the Celtics tryout, can we please trade for that pick and take Murray? He fits so perfectly with Simmons since Murray easily slides into the 2 with Simmons on the floor and can play the 1 when he isn't. I am starting to salivate over a lineup of Murray/Covington/Saric/Simmons/Embiid - seems quite good.

Looks like Dario Saric is likely staying overseas one more year ... that stinks as the Sixers could really benefit from his outside shooting touch out of the 4 spot with Simmons playing more the point 3.

I'm not in the least bit surprised. He will be play in the US once his rookie contract expires.

I doubt he stays. It's a mess over there and he already told his teammates he's outta there.

Saric can make around 6 mil more per season if he waits out one more season. Plus he gets to play for the Croatian national team in the Summer Olympics (which isn't a bad thing in that Olympic teams have NBA'ers). From what I'm hearing it sounds like there's around a 20% chance he still comes over which is better than no chance I guess.

If Saric does stay, that let's us keep a big for another year and see if Embiid can stay healthy. That'll help. Don't want to trade Okafor only to watch him go on to 25+ scoring career while Embiid struggles with leg injuries.

I am leaning towards Ingram because of his offensive skills and what I believe his upside is.

So, what is your latest wish: Simmons or Ingram?

I haven't wavered from Simmons at all. He is the best player in the draft and has the highest upside. I'd try to trade for #2 or #3 also and grab Ingram/Murray if I could, to add a shooter, but nab the best player whenever you can.

I'll be happy with either. Was on Ingram but have conceded that it will be Simmons which i'm totally fine with. I haven't seen a trade I really love with Boston or anyone else. Would never draft Murray #3 overall. Was never impressed anytime I watched Kentucky this past season. I would rather have Dunn or Hield over Murray.

I figure we can't really go wrong with either guy. I would go Ingram for the reasons I've already stated in this thread ... but Simmons Guard/driving ability at 6'10" is just ridiculous, just wish he could shoot.

Looks like it's almost certain now that Dario Daric will join the Sixers this upcoming year! Great news as we are going to incorporate Embiid, Simmons (most likely) and Saric all in the upcoming season. I think that's even more reason now to trade one of either Noel or Okafor.

Yeah, I am guessing you saw the Croatian newspaper that said 99% certain Dario leaves for Philly? That would be nice. I think the dude will be a player. Shooting over 50% from international 3 in the playoffs is not too shabby.

Yes I did. We need shooters around Simmons ... it's going to help that our 5 and 4 (Embiid and Saric) can shoot really well for their position. I think the Sixers will play Simmons at the 3 in a point forward role much like LeBron was used when he came in to the league. Now, if we can find a way to land Allen Crabbe in free agency and trade either Okafor/Noel for a Guard in the draft we're well on our way.

Allen Crabbe May be the Philadelphia 76ers Perfect Fit

I think it does happen on trade night and possibly announced after a team picks for the Sixers. I think Noel is the one who ends up getting traded. He can develop into a top notch defender and fits more systems in today's game.
