OT: Ritari's 2nd Annual SportsHoopla Fantasy Hockey

kane did look to break out big-time though. his PDO was ridiculously low.
Richards was playing a bit over his head at the time (4 or 5 game goal scoring streak at the time)

I did the trade hoping to be stronger at playoff time - but now I need to pick it up a bit to make sure I am even IN the playoffs!



would still like to do another 2 good player (outgoing) for one star (incoming) deal if there's one out there in league one.

Well I need a goalie in League 1. My only stars per say right now are Datsyuk & Sharp. Giroux & Skinner are injured. Moulson isn't a star, but he does have 15 goals. Roy & Stafford have been disappointing. Let me know who you're interested in, if anybody.

Going into today Ritari was up 13-0. I got zero help from my goalies. Of course it didn't help that Giroux, St. Louis & Staal were all out of the lineup. We all have injuries on our teams though. It's up to the rest of the team to step up. This week my team fell short in a BIG WAY.

Big ups to Ritari this week. A huge 12-0-1 week (League 1) and was strong in EVERY category. Very impressive and takes command of the East division. Might be the biggest lead anyone has had since the first couple weeks of the season.

Vadered and I face off this week - both sitting in 2nd place in our divisions. Probably end up splitting and both losing ground.

Man did Truckers get me yesterday. He was estimated to get about 2 assists and I'd win 10-2-1 this week and make up a couple games. Instead his guys pull out FIVE asissts and he has season highs in assists and +/- to take away those categories. Kudos, sir.

Short week should make for some interesting games. A bad goalie start or one off night for your skaters means A LOT more this week.

That's incorrect. I am actually first overall in both leagues. Team Ritari has two more wins than me in League 2, but three more losses and five fewer ties. If you get technical and do the math, I'm ahead. Just look at the win percentages in the league. I'm at .654 and he's at .650, while you're at .646.

Well Vadered, looks like we are heading for some kind of splitsville this week. But who knows, a huge game from a player or two can have a big impact this week. Looks like we are both losing ground in our division races. Maybe we should flip a coin and the loser of the toss tanks! Haha.

I'm banking on the League 1 trend this week.... that Caps' SportsHoopla posters are 42-19-4 vs. Flyers' SportsHoopla posters.

Fist bump, Rit! Not bad for a couple guys who have only been watching hockey for 5 years or so.

That said, I'm awaiting your furious comeback to bury me. Sadly, last day comebacks against me also a trend. True Caps' fan - my team chokes when it counts the most!
