OT: Philadelphia Union

We went to their game yesterday and had a blast! The new park is small, but very nice. There was a food stand there for every food imaginable and they never stop serving beer.

The crowd was excellent. In typical Philly fan fashion, every time the goalie would have a throw in or free kick, about 10 thousand fans would scream "you suck asshole!!!" in perfect unison.

If any of you get the chance to go see a game.....do it!! You'll love it.

It sucks that they drew because of a freak bounce. I've watched pretty much all the home games all year, and they can be downright dominant at times, but they have to be the unluckiest team in the league. A ball rolling on the ground is not supposed to bounce 7.5 feet in the air just before it reaches the keeper.

But they got a damn fine core with Le Toux, Mwanga, Okuga, and McInerney.

True dat! I was at the other end and couldn't see it good enough. I figured he just went down too early and dude went high, but after watching the replay today....I couldn't believe that bounce!! No luck.

Le Toux was dominant, but not much could've been said for the rest really.
