Our fearful leaders are clueless how to handle peaceful protests, and to be prepared if Anarchists come in from elsewhere to turn the demonstrations into riots, destroying local businesses, killing and wounding police and innocent onlookers. The weak mayor and governor let this happen. The National Guard should have been put on alert as soon as the demonstrations took place instead of waiting until the riots started, and let things get out of hand. This is very sad, and is detroying the memory of George Floyd. Yes, police brutality sometimes happen, and is inexcusable. The policemen , all four of them, should have benn arrested and put in jail in Minneapolis the same day, waiting for prosecution. The main culprit, should get at least 2nd degree murder. He intended, IMO, to kill George Floyd. They ruined the reputation of good, honest cops all over the country. It is saddening!!

Sadly there are groups that look for incidents such as this as an excuse to riot and pillage. These are not civilized actions but criminal and go unpunished. Our fearless leaders are to weak to call it what it is and to do what it requires. This does nothing to help America it only widens the divide.
Let’s not forget that this is what the media wants us to know and is typically less than the truth.

Closed down sections of the city and several bridges because of these jackasses. People losing more income and the destruction is criminal. I’m all for setting a new example of law which is actually THE law.

I agree, to blame this on people from outside the city is silly. They are all Americans, so who cares where they are coming from.
