OT: Okay, I have to do this

So, I have let my wife use the work iPad for a while and she has become completely addicted to it. This means I am apparently buying her one of her own now.

I know the Apple corporation was founded on deciding what you want for you and wouldn't DREAM of letting you buy something that wasn't price-fixed everywhere, but does anyone here know anyplace that sells refurbs or used ones?

I went to newegg.com, and much to my surprise the refurbs they had were the same price as new ones, which goes against everything in the history of electronics.

I figured it's worth a shot. I don't need the iPad 3, because... well IT'S THE SAME GOD DAMNED THING AS THE 2! Wifi is fine also. 16gb would be nice.

My daughter bought a refurbed Ipod at the online Apple store for a good price. Amazon usually carries refurbs, too. I bought my Ipad 2, brand stinking new, which was a shame because the Ipad 3 came out a couple of weeks later and I could have saved a hundred bucks had I waited. Ah well...
