Those fools instead of cleaning it up just sort of swept it in a pile and left it go. An unassuming employee came to use the sink and got cut on a piece of glass they didn't notice and had to get stitches.
lol when my father got older he was not as sharp as he once was and his vision was not great. I went to his place to watch a football game and went into the kitchen, slipped and almost went down. It would probably have been better if I did as I seemed to pull multiple things catching myself. When I was still confused as to what happened my father yelled "Hey be careful, I think I dropped a stick of butter in the kitchen".

Hey, it's all good - it made me laugh 20 minutes later. Right then though I was really angry. The logic of a 75 year old man 'perhaps' dropping a stick of butter and not worrying about it. He even questioned me when I was cleaning it up, "What are you doing? I'll get to it". BTW a full stick of butter on linoleum spread out by someone stepping on it, not too easy to clean up

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree is akin to The stick of butter doesn't fall far from the fridge.

Contractors ... .oh holy fuck spit

Had one look at my shower early this year...

quote $10K plus tax JUST to remove the shower and put in the new one as the membrane is done
(doesn't include glass, tiles, caulking, grout, etc....) 90% labour

I took time to decide because I am not sure if I am going to redo the whole bathroom or just the shower.

he offered 15% off if I booked before Sept (the deal stated all I had to do was reply to the email and say yes , I didn't have to sign anything )

I did

he emailed me today that since money is tight that deal is rescinded even though we were about to book a time.....

Im out

Food bloggers that waste food.

Chef Reactions isn't the food waster, he just calls them out. Really wish these idiots could get in trouble for wasting all this food.

Coworkers

I’ve probably posted this in this thread prior but I answer the same questions over and over for the same people every fucking day.

I went to my boss about it and his suggestion was just take training pay on your payroll when you submit it

Motherfucker, I don’t want extra money, I want people to learn their jobs and leave me the fuck alone

And as you may know, I am not tactful enough to go to these people and tell them to stop bothering me and learn their jobs without me getting fired and losing my 30 year pension

Swear to God these motherfuckers are taking years off of my life

seniors running their errands on the weekend - you have the whole week where stores are empty. figure it out!!

i went to the drugstore to pick up a prescription this morning, and the entire area was overrun but retired people lining up to get their flu shot.
absolutely glad they are going in for the protection, but why do it on a Saturday morning? Friday would have been empty.

Had to send my parents into the bank to get some stuff done - they booked an appointment on Saturday.
again, Mon-Fri would be utterly vacant. get your shit together grandpa.

Fans who take unnecessary shots at players who will likely not be with the team next season. Blame or cast your outrage at the GM.
