one minus - 4 way stops are a fucking adventure. One plus about living in the west side of Vancouver
I don't know ANY of my neighbours
I go to great lengths to avoid my neighbors. It might involve being on my way out then sitting inside on my steps for a few minutes if a neighbor is outside.Sitting outside on my back porch after a 10 hour workday, just wanting some quiet time and to decompress and my neighbor comes over and starts yapping incessantly about pointless shit that I have zero interest in.

driving 10 blocks to save 3 cents a litre. The gas you use to get there is more than the savings. in my truck I have 98 litre tank the savings is $2.94 if I am running on fumes
less than 3 dollars... jesus Im getting old man pissed off with the cost of things these days
Blaine is closer for me and I should take advantage of it more oftenWhat about a quick trip to Point Roberts?!?
The GF has a few friends who are elderly and are "hard of hearing" but they won't get hearing aids. So every time she talks to them she has to shout, even on the phone. Most of the time it politics, the same rant I hear every few days. Yesterday it was yelling about cleaning ladies. My neighbors are mostly OK as far as I know, I just dont usually feel like it. The oddest ones are super friendly sometimes and hurry by us looking terrified other times. I gave up trying to figure them out long ago.
Either way, I am not doing the "see you in the next aisle" or "Fiber One bars, does Don have a problem?" thing at the grocery store with any of them.

just over $2 a litre today.. tomorrow who the fuck knows.I was curious, so I just did a quick check on gas prices in Blaine via gasbuddy - Cheapest listed was 4.55 a gallon and there are 4 litres to a US gallon so that's around 1.14 a litre. Even after doing the conversion to Canadian funds, that's right around 1.50 Canadian a litre. We're paying 2 dollars a litre here on the island and I assume you're paying a little more in the lower mainland. That's a pretty significant savings.
Beer isn't cheaper in Point Roberts anymore. What about a quick trip to Point Roberts?!?
The same can be said for the people who wait 20-30 minutes in line for gas at Costco or Sam’s club. The amount of time lost, fuel wasted while idling, etc…is not worth that .05 cents off a gallon.driving 10 blocks to save 3 cents a litre. Since it's round (wtf?) can you deliver it?I posted a grill for free on FB to all of my friends. I just want to get rid of it and I figured if somebody could use it they could have it, instead of me putting it on the curb for the garbage man.
“ why is it round?” JFC
no, I’m sorry you can only cook chicken and pork chops on this type of grill. WTF
I mean how am I supposed to answer this, except for saying it’s a good thing you’re pretty?
