Having some fun and doing something because you think "it bothers someone" are different things. No flip flop involved. But your advice is poignant - I know that you won't actually respond to something I've said on it's own, but do something by your own admission "to bother me" because of who I am or because of something that happened a long time ago. That's sad, but it is what it is and I know what to expect from you.

I was just responding to the discussion in the thread. You've said you're doing it to "bother" someone, but then backtrack and say it's about humor and not personal. If you're targeting one person to bother, there is nothing humorous or not personal about it. Your intention was clear.

It's impossible to have a discussion with someone who constantly wants to change the meaning of words.
