I really enjoyed the Olympic torch. How all the stems merged into one - thought the symbolism was really nice. Probably my favorite part.

I dunno. Never really been a big fan of Olympic opening ceremonies. They're just like relationships to me - everyone starts out really excited and there are a few nice moments, maybe some bad dancing, but in the end, there's a lot of screaming and somebody starts lighting things on fire.

The rumo(u)r was the gb soccer team was gonna line up and fire a flaming soccer ball into the net to light the cauldron but that was nixed because it added 2 hours to the length of the ceremony
