OT: KFC Double Down

Tried it today out of curiosity. It was OK. Did not taste like a sandwich as I could only taste the cheese/bacon middle part like 3 times.

Better off getting some chicken strips, because that's pretty much what it is.

The grilled version of the sandwich has fewer than 500 calories. I'd bet a lot of people find that surprising. Lots of salt though (like most fast food).

Funny you should say that... it was much less greasy than the commercials would lead you to believe.

And it wasn't very quick either... I waited almost 10 minutes for it.

I love the double down.

I've already gotten it at least 4 times, maybe more. Chicken is one of my favorite foods though so it's not for everybody but if you like chicken you'll like it.

I guess I will stick with some hot wings and beer. This sandwich doesnt appeal to me in the least. The KFC here is next to the BW3 so it isnt much of a decision for me.

i am 6 foot 3 and weigh about 150 pounds. i am not very picky though. this sandwich looks horrible. it looks like 2 big chicken strips with whatever else they could find laying around in it. like somebody else said, i bet all you can taste is the chicken. what moron thought of this?
