Shit the M's haven't scored for 25 innings. My god that's just pathetic. They're on pace to score the fewest runs in MLB in 32 years.


Lincecum has been very disappointing this year. I mean you look at his numbers and they're still 'good' but they're not 'Lincecum good' definitely not worthy of pick #4. Should have taken Wainwright I guess. :/

Even with his numbers now, he was worth a #4 pick. He's still extremely young, and most pitchers who have their breakout years so young have a good but not great season after those years. If he stays consistently on the pace he's on now, he'll have very much justified his pick 4th.

Besides, in MLB, draft position barely matters. Everyone's a huge unknown.

There's been some mis-communication, I mean I picked Lincecum 4th in my fantasy league. He's definitely worth having IRL no question. Of course the M's passed on him at #6 and IIRC he was taken at #10 or so by the Giants.

You got killed by the worst team in the league at the time, so now we have something in common. I hate the all star week games in fantasy. The games are always lopsided and more often than not, I'm on the receiving end.

We have a matchup next week I think. If I can stay afloat playing Hornets this week and you next and then I should be looking good to make the playoffs. We might have to do something about not having a blockbuster trade.

I got a little lackadaisical, to be honest. My team was on cruise control, with only Sam/A-bomb's team really giving me a run. However, now, after a few shoddy weeks, I'm in a three-way logjam. Morneau is concussed, and my other hitters have shat the bed. It should be an interesting finish.
