This delves way into law and such...but with slander/libel you can only bring up such charges against someone if you're not famous. How in the world do they decide the fame of someone? For example, if I make a youtube video that gets, I dunno, 100k hits, and someone slanders me, can I suddenly not bring a suit against them?
