Are we done with the royal family? Why are they celebrated? Their ancestors have commited some of the worst attrocities in history, they haven't earned a dime of what they have, they really serve no purpose in today's society. Enough with the royal family.
Im 100% with that. I just cant get why they are held so high.
they love em in the UK because the royals are the only ones to have their own teeth
/true story
Im actually tired of the entire worship of "famous" people that society melts into. It has gone beyond real stardom when people like Kim Kardashian can have such a following it shows really how the public are pure sheep in this.
I think it's the whole living vicariously through others thing. The Royal Family every girl wants to be a princess, Kim Kardashian has money and can date famous guys and buy the outfits girls dream of, the Jersey Shore skanks don't have any responsibility, they can just party and hookup.

Radio personalities apologize for prank call to duchess's hospital - CNN.com
there could be a massive lesson in life here for how the world views the royals. but I doubt it will happen. I truly believe these 2 are filled with guilt and sadness over what happened. I also think they are innocent in any wrong doing. it really was a harmless prank that went wrong. but the way the public view the royalty led to this poor woman's suicide. what a terrible tragedy
The whole situation was jacked up from start to finish. Clearly the woman had something else going on and this was probably the final straw. No way the DJs could have predicted that.
But still, they went on and attempted to gather information that was illegal for them to get (if successful) about people that the citizens of the place have an unhealthy and fanatical love of and if successful would likely cost several people their jobs in the middle of the holidays.
All for a laugh. Fucking assholes. The fact that someone is dead in the middle of it just makes it that much sadder.

the whole process was flawed at the hospital. but the real tragedy to me is that the Woman took her life for the sole reason of transferring that call. I know there is more to her than that. however I think the stories will come out but I believe she was bullied after it happened and treated terribly in the sense that she "betrayed" the royal family since that hospital has treated them for years from what I understand. yes they are shock jocks and Ive never been a fan of that type of radio but it was pretty clear that was not the queen and charles. but thats not the point I care about its teh fact that some strangers are held in such high regard in society that people feel the need that when something bad happens as as a result of an innocent action that the nurse made that she has to take her life. society needs to wake up in how we view famous/royalty thats all
Yeah, they have a LOT to answer for.
I get your point about the high regard being out of whack, but its not like it's a secret how fanatical people are. Take the people who purposely insult the entire Muslim religion for fun and then act "shocked" at the fallout. Somewhere there has to be a realization that there could be a shitstorm.
Keep poking a tiger's cage, and see what happens.
