I taught four-hour labs, and over the summer, I worked eight-hour labs, but the latter was research, which is probably a completely different dynamic.

The point is, I know those must be exhausting.

Yeah, you have a culinary lab for 9 class days straight and 6 hours each day and then you move onto another culinary lab. tiring.
