My only resource for solving this problem since Stark Effect isn't in our text book, nor did we talk about it in class, is this incomprehensible online resource, and the units aren't working out.

I think first order is linear, past that I'm afraid I would have to hit the books,
were talking the early 80's the last time I needed this info.

Done with spectroscopy! I think that one went pretty well for once.

Now onto quantum, which I have halfway finished so far.
