My only resource for solving this problem since Stark Effect isn't in our text book, nor did we talk about it in class, is this incomprehensible online resource, and the units aren't working out.

I think first order is linear, past that I'm afraid I would have to hit the books,
were talking the early 80's the last time I needed this info.

Second order. It's a diatomic molecule. I just needed to find the conversion for debye. What a terrible and awkward unit.

Now onto quantum, which I have halfway finished so far.

It's going through a Sopranos phase and it will be tough to pull out of it. The first couple of seasons were really good, in my opinion.
