more importantly, why do you follow him on teh twitters

Haha... good question. I have a "Sharks" list where I have a bunch of Sharks players/media folks and a "Hockey" list where I have a bunch of... well... everyone else. He's in the latter and I was just quickly glancing through and caught that message.

I later realized that it's just a bug with how the automated message gets posted by that twitpolls site or whatever. He didn't post it that way himself.

He's still a goof, though. :p

Not true. I just dont religiously follow it like I do hockey. Last season I just never made time for it. But I usually go to about 5-8 games a season, and catch like 1-2 games a week on TV. But for the most part, you are kind of right. Opening day/Yankee games/Playoffs are really when I pay most attention.

Big news! Pedro Alvarez did not strike out in his first at bat against Halladay!

My goals for the Mets, use the moved in fences to get David Wright's power numbers up, trade him when his value is as high as it will get. Trade R.A. Dickey, the only knuckle baller in the majors, for whatever you can. Let Jenrry Mejia and Zack Wheeler develop in the minors. Then draft well and load up the farm system for the next 2 years when Johan and Jason Bay's monster contracts will come off the books.

I have a gut feeling that David Wright will end up on the Red Sox at some point. I think it would be a good fit for him.
