Strassy, Gio, J-Zimm, Fister - that's one nasty starting four right there.

A little sad to see Lombardozzi go. I think he has a lot of upside and he's a fan fav. But this is definitely a huge move for competing for a championship the next two seasons.

Do not understand the trade one bit. I know DD wants to create a spot in the rotation for Smyly but come on. We need a 3B, closer, LF and a relief pitching, and this trade helps NONE of that. Plus he re-signed Leyland's pet Don Kelly again, ugh.

It's possible it will in the long term depending on those prospects. But in the short term, it's pretty lopsided.
