I heard before he hit that homer that Byrd was sixth among active players with 1,250 AB's and no post-season opportunities. Not a bad way to kick off his post-season career.

That was awesome last night! When Ceuto dropped the ball while the crowd mocked him prior to Martin's first jack was like a Hollywood script playing out in real life. What a moment that was. Will never forget it.
