Arizona ends the game with the mercy rule on a Mo Mercado two-run home run. 13-5 victory. Going to the Super Regional, their tenth in the last nine years!

There's that relativistic math again.

There's this job for a baby sitter(7 months old to 3 years old, it didn't say exact age though) where it would be paid 15-25 dollars an hour and I could make some legitimate money - I'm really considering this

Babysitting isn't a terrible gig, just depends on the kids. I stopped after I got myself and my cousins (who were crazy young at the time) locked out of the house. *sigh*

I'm the only one left in the house - what was the pay when you did it? I'm guessing from what I read on the page it's that it's full time, so if it's 7 or 8 hours at 15-20 dollars per hour, five days a week that's pretty good

It's been awhile since I did it, and it was for family, so I got screwed on the pay. My one aunt would pay like $5/hr, then my other aunt paid like $12. Cheapskate.

Yeah that's crap - what was the age of the ones you babysitted?

I remember the one time I watched them for about 4/5 hours (two, at the time it was probably 4 and 6) and got $20. I mean, I was in 8th grade. But I had my first aid training, etc. I was miffed. When I watched the other cousins it was 3, 7, 9. They were a breeze though. Not even being big headed: I'm their favorite human being. I don't even know why. I do think there's difference when diapers are involved. If there's diaper/bottle detail, the price goes up. Heck, even with my one set of cousins I remember the youngest (who's now 14 so this is hilarious to think of) yelling from the toilet if I could wipe his butt. Gosh I need him to have a school dance so I can bring that up.

Yeah if it's something like what I'm doing that'd be involved, but it would be interesting and the money would be nice

I think it would beat doing some lousy job at a retail store where you don't even enjoy what you're doing

So that babysitting idea of mine didn't exactly go well - there were reasons for that, unfortunately - it would have paid good money too
