I spent my entire baseball career afraid I was going to do just that.

Almost got one trying a pickoff play to first. Stupid lefty batters.

Or stupid me for not realizing he was a lefty. Stood up to make the throw and missed his head by about half an inch. Almost hit my hand on his batting helmet.

I go to one Angels game a year. Last year I saw Mike Trout hit a grand slam in the first inning. Tonight I got to see him hit a walk off home run. He should probably win the AL MVP this year, even though the season is only half done. And he's only 22 years old to boot.
