Oh.
I'm sorry to hear about the underwear.
It's in the washing machine. Thank you for you sympathy.
How are you doing, by the way?

Just trying to cheer you up with lame humor.
Tonight I am fucking exhausted. It's taking every ounce of my being to avoid writing typos up the wazoo.
Ugh I have stuff to do before bed. I hate it when I have to do stuff. Stuff sucks!
If anyone else wrote that post, I'd say it was weird. But since it's you Chris, I'll just let it be and carry on![]()
So yeah. The Pirates won today, taking 2 of 3 from the Rockies. San Diego's up next.
My Padres beat the Dodgers for the second straight time. When a MLB team is hitting just above the mendoza line a two game winning streak is a big deal.
I like the Pirates chances. After last season I can't believe I just typed that.![]()
You drew James MacDonald, who could get your hitting back on track; Jeff Karstens, who will pitch 5 scoreless and give up 4 in the sixth; and Kevin Coreia, who will probably pitch a complete-game shutout.
Such is the Pirates' rotation.
Coreia is the real deal. He pitched GREAT for the Padres the last two years. The Padres will receive a 2nd round comp pick for him in June.
The Orioles with a weekend sweep of the White Sox. I know its just the White Sox but its still a sweep. Plus, its the Orioles so a matchup versus the White Sox is pretty fair.
How's JJ Hardy been for the O's? I wanted the Pirates to get him pretty badly, but they just missed out.
His numbers last year were an aberration. I can't believe they let him go so easily. I mean, obviously his numbers weren't going to be great in the season that his brother died tragically and unexpectedly. He's got good stuff and good control and should hover around 3.00-3.50 ERA fairly consistently. I loved the signing when it happened.
MacDonald's got talent, but he needs to get his head screwed on right. He had a great outing last time, but his ERA is still above 7, so I'm hoping that his last outing means he's going to turn it around.
The Padres pitching has been fine. They just can't hit. Rizzo one of the players they got from the Red Sox in the Agon deal is crushing the ball in Triple A. A bunch of other guys in the minors are off to good starts as well. I know Jed Hoyer doesn't want to rush them. However if the offense continues to struggle he might not have a choice.
