If it makes you feel any better it probably wont be so easy for them as they get into their 30s or older.
Idk, I lost about 25 lbs. in about 3 months by working out regulary at about 33.
Guys have it easier. Pretty sure it's biological/evolutionary. On the downside, we're hideously ugly compared to women.

I remember those...I know I liked them, but that was like 1st and 2nd grade for me...so it's been a while!
Also, I hate when guys talk about losing weight. Not you guys specifically, congrats on the hard work, but seriously men seem to lose weight just when they decide they want to. *bitter woman* I really need to start a workout regimen. But with working it's just easier to wait until I'm back at school and have a full gym to work with.

Man...this is the year all my friends turn 21 before I do. Darn later birthdays. I just wish mine came before/during Xmas break. Basically can't drink until spring break. Boo.

I'd like to lose about 25lbs. I treadmill, exercise bike, and use free weights regularly as it is so when I get serious I up that and really cut my calories. After weeks of that I find I may have lost a pound or two. Now the plus side is I can go on a cruise or eat a lot around the holidays and seem to only go up a pound or two.

Yeah, true. I can "win" weight quickly as well. My typical patten is work out for 3-4 months, lose weight down to 195-200, then decide I look good, slack off and don't do it regularly for a year or two and go back up to around 230. Repeat pattern. Gotta find a more stable pattern.
Part of the trouble is what P66 talked about. I can still get good looking women at 230, so what's the motivation?![]()
