My boy... Went to vet yesterday for shots. He's lost a whole pound since we got Indy. We can't let food sit out or Indy will inhale it. Plus there's a lot more exercise with Indy chasing him around.

So he's resting while Indy guards my laptop....

My boy Nimbus... He has been very sick. Urinary tract infection. Almost lost him. 3 days at the vets.
He actually crawled into bed with us last night. A good sign.
He wasn’t too interested in food but I gave him black forest ham and he gobbled that up. So I gave him some more.
Then this AM at 4:15 I was up watering the toilet and he showed up and I gave him some kibble and he ate that.
And he ate most of his kibble this AM.
So I’m hoping he’s on the mend.

For the first time in a week, Nimbus woke me up at 4:30 for snacks.

I usually get up then for my daily commute to Nanaimo. And I'd always give my 2 cats a little kibble snack at that time.

And I always bitched when on weekends or vacations, Nimbus would come into our bedroom and meow because it was snacks time. Never again will I bitch.

When he meowed this AM I bounded out of bed and stood and watched as he ate his kibble.

Our vet bill was $1,400. I consider it shekels well spent.
