The first face I see in the morning.

He looks so huge, LOL.

:D

Great shot. My dog isn't allowed in our bed (but gets in every day when we are at work) but he sleeps on the floor on my side of the bed. Being an older dog with an older digestive system - I am often greeted with unpleasant smells as I wake up.

Best part about the Olympics for me was people who helped all those stray dogs. How awesome is it that these athletes reached out to save so many dogs? Backes and Shattenkirk were the 2 hockey players I heard most about doing what they could to help these dogs but I believe there were a handful of other players that helped too let alone the skiers and others who also reached out. They didn't do it for the press. They did it for the love of animals like any of us in this thread would do. So much respect for them and very proud of them regardless of their nationality.

You will not be able to look at these pics in the link without tearing up at least. It will brighten your day!

Wow that sure is loyalty! Be interesting to see that baby at 2-3 years old and how the dog looks out for her when she is mobile.

And I don't mean that in a nice way! They are prey stalkers. Look out, baby!

How great is that? Turned out to be an awesome dog that was left for dead. Reminds me of our black lab that was abandoned and rescued by the mail-lady who just couldn't stand driving past everyday and watch him waste away. That vid really hit home. The stories people have that brought their pets to them really couldn't be written better than the real story.

Great vid Matt!

haha I feel like that dog some mornings.

Hey Higgy I see you are in Bowling Green, KY. I lived there for a year when the wife was taking graduate classes. Used to work at the John Q Hammons Holiday In and Conference Center over by the golf course. I miss that town. Very scenic area in Southern KY and Tenn. I need to take a day trip there one of these days. Every other car seemed to be a Vette. Wonder why?

Funny you say that, a couple weeks ago the Corvette Museum has a sinkhole and 8 of the Corvettes fell in. They've managed to get 4 of them out, one is pretty bad but the other 3 are fine. I has agreed to restore them.

I saw that on the news. You are the one restoring them? That's sweet!
