Check that...Martin and Richardson were on the Knicks last season. Richardson is out of the league now.

The more I watch Ole Miss, the more thankful I am that Kennedy didn't get the job here.

They are a disaster. I have no clue how he still has a job.

At the time, I was pissed that AK didn't get a shot at the job, but compared to what Cronin's done here, AK should have been fired several years ago.

I'll take the easy win.

Defining stretch of the season coming up. Winning 3 of the last 4 would be great.

I think we run the table. The team is too damn good. Only game I'm worried about is at UConn. also, if we get UConn at Madison Square Garden in the conference tourney.

Conference Tourney is in Memphis, I think.

The new BE still plays their tourney in Madison Square.

UCF is terrible.

It's funny to watch the big dude play for them, though. He's HUGE, and then some. He also travels and commits an offensive foul everytime he touches the ball, though it's rarely called.

It's great to see Shaq being a bit more assertive, and Caupain finally bouncing back. 5 points on 2-2 shooting, 6 assists and 0 turnovers. Guyn continues to hit shots.

The New BE..... Which will be won by Creighton. Talk about wasting a perfectly good brand name.

Yep. Because of their stupidity and fear, the All-Basketball schools lost: 'Cuse, Lou, UC, Pitt

They have 'Nova, who is usually good, and Creighton who is bound to fall off once McDermott actually graduates. It's only been 6 years, right?

XU could bounce back, but Mack has been losing players from his recruiting classes. In fact, I don't think there is anyone left from the 2012 class, if I am not mistaken. If Semaj leaves early, that team is going to tank.

Big game tomorrow vs Louisville. A win here all but wraps up the AAC, as everyone else besides UC/Lou has 4 losses.

Going to need to keep smith out of the lane, and a guy on Hancock at all times. UL doesn't have great reserves, or a lot of size, so it's a pretty even match-up overall.

Can't turn the ball over. That is what killed UC in the 2nd half last time...20 turnovers. Take care of the ball, and UC should win.

Our rebounding was the difference in the first game. Expect Louisville to work really hard to change that in the rematch. In return, we'll have to cut the turnovers down from the first game. It really is an even matchup, but a win would all but lock up the conference regular season title. I think I'll start drinking early tomorrow.

Other advantages: Thomas and Guyn have really picked up their scoring in the past 3-4 games. Big boost.

The return of Lawrence gives them more rebounding and depth off the bench.

Agreed with the rebounding, UC has to continue to rebound defensively, but also they collect 40% of their missed shots on the offensive end, ranked in the top 5. That also has to continue, especially if the offense is off.

UC shot 48% last time, and UL 44%...I expect to see both teams struggle more than that this time around, so again, rebounds will be a premium.

The last time UC hosted a top 12 showdown at 5/3, UC came from behind in the final seconds to beat Marquette and Dwayne Wade.

After a Jumper gave Marquette a 4 point lead with around 30 seconds left, Steve Logan drained a wide open 3 point shot when his defender fell down.

UC would foul Dwayne Wade, and he would miss the 1 and 1, and UC grabbed the rebound.

With the clock running down, Donald Little would take a 16-foot jumper that found the rim, and fell through for a 1 point lead with just 3 seconds left. A half-court shot bounced off the back of the rim, and #4 ranked UC would escape with a 1 point win over #9 ranked Marqutte.

Little had 12 points on 5-5 shooting, 8 rebounds, and 6 blocks. Probably his best all around game...he would later be kicked off the team for tying up his roommate and burning him because Little said he thought he stole something from him.

Donald Little, from hero to psycho. I remember that game well. I went to the conference tourney that year, and stayed for a few nights at the Marriott in NKy. Good times.......I remember the bar at the hotel had a nice single malt scotch selection....
