Tonight's performance was easy to predict.

Tired team. Tired since Louisville. Gutsy to pull out that win against UCONN, but not much left in the tank.

The schedule didn't do us much favors to play on Thursday and Saturday. A week break should help.

I don't get the thurs/Sat games and then the 7 day breaks. These are kids and students (allegedly) that have a lot more on their plate compared to pro's who struggle on back-to-back and and similar schedules, and they do this full time.

They should have at least a mandatory 2 days in between games for NCAA, unless it is an early season tourney/exemption series.

UC has a rough schedule down the stretch, but a good amount of off days.

They are currently on a 7 day break before facing Houston at home.

They get 4 days to travel to UCF

They will get a 3 day break to return home and face Louisville.

They then get another 7 day break between LOU and facing UConn on the road.

They get a 5 day break between UConn and Memphis at home, before the quick turnaround to Rutgers a day later.

Houston, UCF, Rutgers are all games you have to win, and they should win. That would put them at 25-3 with the 3 remaining games vs LOU/UConn/Mem as toss-ups. Though, they should beat Memphis at home. Lou is going to be a struggle because you know they are going to come in fired up after losing at home.

Anyway you slice it, baring an epic collapse against the dregs of the league, UC is going to have a pretty high seed for the Tourney.

Rumor is that UC is set to give Cronin a huge raise/extention.

2.2M, which would put him in the top 15 of coaches, and extended through 2021.

Next on the agenda will be a new arena and a recruiting plane.

They aren't the type of team that blows other teams out..... Houston probably had a better shooting day than they'll have the rest of this year, but we still won the game. One last tune up before we start the defining three game stretch.

The F bombs were flying in the Kramer house. I'm on like no sleep too. That added to my enjoyment.

Not hard to shoot 60% when you are getting dunks and layups. They were carving up our vaunted defense.

Houston's offense is actually pretty decent. They have 3 or 4 guys that average double digit points, so a lot of offensive weapons.

It's just a good thing their defense is terrible.

Eitherway, it's a win.
