What are your expectations with SPiller and what were your thoughts about drafting a player in a position where you seemed to be alright with your 1st round pick. I have a close friend who is a Bills fan and he almost lost it when the pick was made.

Spiller does have uncoachable speed though. He should be an impact returner at least.

I think the Bills needed an impact player like Spiller who is so versatile like Reggie Bush. With the Bills passing game looking more like a High School setup, the Bills need someone like Spiller who can be used in almost any situation.

He is another threat in the backfield with Lynch and Jackson, can be used for the checkdown passes that Captain Checkdown loves so much and will take some pressure off of him, and can be used for kickoffs an punt returns as well.

Overall I think he was too good to pass up for the Bills in the first round, and he might just give the Offense a much needed spark? Then again, that's what TO was also suppose to do, but he was a receiver on a running team.

I hope for the best, but realize that it's going to take a few more years to get better.

If he does really well, which I really think that he will despite his awful choice in colleges, withh you refer to him as "The Spiller"?

despite living in jersey, i'm a bills fan.....

i love fred jackson, but as most bills fans can only dream of what lynch could have been......... sad, such a waste of talent IMO.

but i am pumped about spiller, he can be used in so many ways, if we can pick up a qb next year, or edwards can play decent without getting hurt it could make a world of difference
