I saw that on my FB feed and almost every comment was about hepatitis, salmonella, or e coli..... so I dont think it's going to go well many places.

A friend of mine worked in one in the 80s and he claimed that their salsa would come in giant drums that they would leave open in the kitchen (not refrigerated). They would scoop out what they needed until it was empty - sometimes almost a week later.

Mrs 43 got so sick eating at a Chi Chi's when she was in High School that to this day she even refuses to eat their branded salsa or chips that you can still buy in grocery stores.

The chips and salsa sold in stores are probably leftovers from the restaurants from when she was in high school.

I dont recall ever going to one of the restaurants, I dont remember any being near me.

We did have a bag of chips a few weeks ago that had a bunch of rock hard chip conglomerates that I had to spit out.
