my father and mother in law are in the early 90s and looking amazing. That good ol Chinese Genealogy at work.

my Dad at 76 looked like he was in his 80s but he was a massive smoker (all his life) and drinker (until his 50s) which took a massive toll.

i will never forget embalming a 108 year old Japanese women that looked like she was in her 70s. I had to triple check her ID and DOB

Yeah, in my father-in-law's case, he didn't smoke and really didn't drink all that much (definitely more in his younger days). He had two younger brother (one who lived to the age of 94 and the other to 92, so good genes in the family obviously).
