So the commish apparently sent out a memo to all team yesterday informing them not to claim Aaron Hernandez off waivers. I know this is a rather unprecedented case for the NFL, but doesn't this seem like an abuse of power? Just doesn't seem legal to me.

Wow - amazing article. Such a sad turn of events. Life brings us all tragedy and challenges. Sad for Hernandez that his mother put him in such a bad situation and sad for him that he couldn't rise above it and move on.
