I will give the two girls on the left the same advice I gave the Aussie swimmers.

I rode in a charity ride yesterday and watched a woman hit a pothole when taking a drink, traveling maybe 14mph. She wobbled, went off the road and face planted in some grass. Paramedics though she broke a rib, probably separated her shoulder and was really, really woozy.

This woman was going close to 50 and hit a curb.
