Weather forecast Fri/Sat in Seattle looking good. Cloudy, but no rain. Game temps in lower 50s. Should be solid for the CFL broadcasts and the beautiful fall PACNW on display.

Not having rain would be better for us than Oregon too. We rely a lot more on the passing game and we really don't want to get into a nasty rain ground game war with them.

you all should read the shit storm going on twitter over the CGD coming to UW lol. Not only are UW/Oregon fans going at it hot and heavy, but the crying from SEC fans over them not coming to florida/LSU is fast and furious.

Fowler commented that if this was a taste of the rivalry they are in for a good one. It is getting their attention for sure.

Love it that tSEC is crying over this and got their corn dog smelling jimmies rustled.

So stoked CFL coming.

So pumped for this game but I've been on the fence on who to root for....

....gotta go with Oregon. I respect the hell out of each program and a Husky win would certainly make the BSU loss less painful, but I want to see the Coaches Trophy return to the Great Northwest and UO has the best chance to do that.

Not sure we are going to try to get into gameday. Doubt it. Probably just watch from a distance.

Glad the Husky fans get to experience it. It is cool as heck. They been to Autzen a bunch.

UW also didn't have any match ups as juicy as this. I'm sure UW being 16/19 is about at their edge of relevance and are likely coming as much because of the new stadium, to showcase the pure hate of this rivalry, and to put a spotlight on #2. Doesn't matter why they are here because it will still add to our recruiting and that's all that counts.

This game is being way over hyped. UW will be blown off the field at the "mistake by the lake".

All I can recall from the Stanford/UW game is that neither of those teams can play 4 qtrs with Oregon.

If DAT is healthy, this game won't make it to halftime.

Not too surprising. first started on the road in 93 and it wasnt every week. regular season never came farther west than Colorado until oregon at UCLA in 98. through this time Washington wasnt that good. average team under Lambright. Neuheisel had the 2000 season where it could have been an option. but looking at the games they did go to its hard to blame them for going where they did. after that Washington really fell off.
