I've seen a lot of talk about wanting to put more offense in college basketball. One of the suggestions was reducing the shot clock, and I'd be okay with a 30 second shot clock. But, that solution just increases the number of possessions per game.
The new on ball hand check rule is nice, but again it doesn't really open up offense. Until we see a crackdown on bumping cutters we'll still be faced with the same issue of reduced offense in college basketball.
