Farmar should replace Nash by mid-season that's how much he'll impact the game when he's on the court - I wish he'd become a little more selfish because he can shoot the rock too. It's obvious all signs pointing to Nash having his PT very limited due to age/injuries. D'Antoni is just not going to make him a sub out of respect but if an injury happens that'll make it easier for him to make the call.
