5-6 wins. That is beating Philly and NY once each, the Bengals, Browns and Lions.

I think the D will be better. It all depends on how much the offense can produce. Haskins needs to keep improving. What do they get from the OLine? How do the backs shake out and of course the WRs. Pretty much the entire offense is a question mark going into the season.
