1. Are we good enough?

2. What is Justin Beiber's take on it?

Good enough to maybe make the playoffs? Yes.

Good enough to make it to a SB this year, no way in hell.

Instead of jumping to 'make it to the super bowl,' why don't you ask 'win a playoff game?'

I think the answer is still no, looking at the other AFC teams

I think we'll finish 10-6 and out of the playoffs.

Are we good enough to beat a playoff team? I think we could beat the Colts and Ravens, but have no confidence in our ability to beat the Steelers, Patriots, Texans, or Broncos.

I'm still not sure we get to 10 wins, but I also doubt the playoffs. In the end the losses to Miami and Cleveland will be too much to overcome. If we do get in, there will be 3-4 teams we still have no shot against.

Definitely not buying 10-6. I don't see any way we win that Steelers game. They just came off a huge win against Baltimore with Ben now coming back. Their defense looks like it's taking form for the final stretch run. Just not a good combination and that in Pittsburgh.

Don't see us beating both Dallas and Baltimore.

If we lose to Dallas, I don't see us finishing better than 8-8.

Dallas concerns me. They have too much talent to suck every week.... This almost feels like the week they put everything together and all the talking heads talk about their renewed run to the playoffs.

If they play true to form though (disappointing), I think it sets us up to win 3 of 4. I have no faith in our ability to win in Pittsburgh, but I think we can beat Baltimore. Things aren't clicking with the Ravens and they haven't been for some time.

Dallas is notoriously inconsistent. On a given day they can certainly light up the scoreboard. They have been hot on offense lately, Romo has had passer ratings over 100 in five of his last six games, Austin and Bryant are matchup nightmares for corners, and Whitten is one of the best TEs in the game. Their star back has returned, Definitely a formidable test for the defense. They also are playing for their playoff lives. Gonna be tough. I'm not sure what happened when I quoted. The top part was supposed to be in bold.

I'm curious if you believe they can be inconsistent due to happenstance or if that's credited to opponent's defenses.

Haven't done the research. You are welcome to, and report back when you're done. I do know that on the season they have scored about 1.5 points higher than the average opponent's defense, but I'm too tired to look into it any deeper right now.

I'd say happenstance.... While the Chicago loss stands out as a case where a good D overwhelmed them, they've been rather inconsistent against average defense. They have put up a lot of points and also made a lot of mistakes.

Just a guess, but maybe the inconsistency has been related to the ups and downs a team with good skill players but a poor line goes through. For chrissakes they think Nate fucking Livings is their best olineman.

I think we need to win out and we could easily lose 3 of 4

thus the question....are we good enough?

are Pit, Balt, and Dal, beatable?.....Yes...I'd say we aRE as good as those 3

Hou,NE,Den?......maybe we beat Houston, but Brady and Manning...not

I think Rib injuries are hard to permanently overcome.

Michael Vick has been dealing with them for years, and Tebow has broken his ribs again after just having the same issue last season.

Ben might not get to play every game this season.
