I am no expert NHL level coach, but I think to beat a team with a goalie who had two shutouts in three games going in we *might* want to get more than 18 shots.

Let me just say this - I see the Yotes hanging in there a lot longer than the Oilers and that's not just because I loathe Edmonton, it's because they're a young, fast team that are hungry and Tocchet has the team playing an uptempo game that forces mistakes from the opposition. I mean, did anybody think Koskinen and Smith would continue playing lights out between the pipes?!? Also. while Draisaitl is a fine player, he can't do much without McDavid driving the play.
