- Preaseason, someone will do it and be punished disproportionately
- Couple games into the season they will suspend someone else so we think maybe they are serious this time.
- Then a star or usual suspect will do it, and league will release a mental hopscotch video why it wasn't as bad as what the poor fucker who got suspended in pre-season did.
