Can I just say that I like Bieksa the hockey analyst a hell of a lot more than Bieksa the hockey player...

there certainly has to be more former players like him who are quick witted and intelligent who can step onto a panel and on day one of their broadcasting careers be MUCH better than dumbasses like Milbury and Roenick who really have NOTHING of intelligence to add to a broadcast.

They’re on the right path to making a watchable program. Keep him, keep Burke (hear me out), find a woman who isn’t a robot who knows hockey (Twitter is overflowing with them, try one!), keep Friedge and find another former player who will actually call Burke out on his bullshit.

Open up discussion, stop the “everyone gets 30 seconds for themselves to talk about one or two plays” format, let people get upset at one another over their opinions if they’re dumb opinions.

And honestly, relegate Ron back to the fucking tour bus and get Amber to loosen up a bit. I’ve been around him before, he’s a very open and fun guy. It’s in him. Let Ron showcase the North-Central Sackville Minor Midget team that Mark Donk played for when he was 11 and need a new ice chiller in their arena.

I'd like to see more of some guys like Anthony Stewart, Anson Carter and Patrick Sharp. They are not quite as funny, but they know their stuff.

Cam Atkinson sat in on a Jackets broadcast earlier while he was injured and he spent almost the entire time fucking with Jody Shelley. It was hilarious. Jody was going over some play and said "you need to get to the slot here for the shot" and Cam said something like "I was in diapers when you played, but even then I knew you couldn't get to that spot".

Give me more of that.

He just strikes me as nervous in front of the camera, but he seems to be able to speak intelligently about the game.

So, a Canadian citizen goes out in Tronna and says he is voting for a guy he isn't allowed to vote for, claims he got punched, and then runs to Twitter looking for sympathy. Feels it's important to state his father was a cop.

By the way - His dad was a firefighter.

Chet Couture, a city firefighter, said physical stature was a concern.

So either he was REAL drunk, or someone got his password.

There are more holes in this story than Swiss cheese. It's hard to exactly know what happened when the story keeps changing.

Who is dumb enough to sucker punch an NHL player and if someone did indeed do that how are they not dead? That dog don't hunt.

Also, Logan's lived in the States for 10 years and hasn't gotten citizenship? The fuck you waiting for?

Citizenship isn't easy, necessarily.... My gf has been here for about 11-12 years, and she's still on a visa (though, her current company said they will apply for a green card... Which still isn't citizenship).

It isn't easy for many but pro athletes get it done often.
