My basic general understanding is that the 2020-21 salary cap will be based on 2020-21 revenue projections and yet most of the talk I hear about the cap potentially going down directly involves the actual 2019-2020 revenue receipts. Am I missing something major here?

I knew the too many men thing would be there, I actually had a coach that used to pull that one if we were shorthanded late. As soon as the puck was dropped he'd make sure we weren't shorthanded anymore
