I think Steve Downie is in a bad place (based on those tweets). My first thought is that he's on, or coming off, coke. This is not good, IMO. It's erratic behaviour and if I was in any way close to Steve I'd be reaching out right now.

I think it's a person who is poor at communicating reaching out.
