Just re-watched the goals from last night.

A couple were pretty unstoppable but Andersen needs to get his shit together. He's getting beaten up high with ease on a regular basis.

Andersen has looked bad for 6 of the 9 periods + 2 OT's he's played in.

I'm wondering if after looking equally poor in the pre-season they should've started Enroth the first few games to try and get Freddy up to speed. Other than maybe some summer workouts he's barely had time to work with the goalie coach here and I think it's showing.

He'll get tonight vs. Minny.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him get Saturday in Chicago if he does well tonight.

That strikes me as a really fair deal. He definitely earned a raise with his playoff run last year and there's a good chance he gets a shot as a full time starter because I still think they move on from Fleury before his contract is up (Dean Lombardi on line 1). Even if not, if he proves he can handle it in the 3rd year (assuming they don't re-sign Fleury), they can sign him to a bigger contract.
