Once again the NHL Awards show was a dud. The skits weren't funny, the presenters were all awkward, every joke fell flat, the entire thing was choppy, no rhythm to it. This and the skills competition, for whatever reason, they never execute properly.

I would agree, if not for that heartfelt speech by Patrick Kane where he showed himself to be a truly thoughtful human being who is clearly totally thankful for his second chance, and full of remorse for getting himself into situations that could damage his reputation.

I really thought he wanted to end that with "FUCK ALL YOU BITCHES!"
