If a team's awfulness is any kind of health barometer then I'd suggest you put a team doctors on retainer. Or more likely you should probably just make up a will and call a hearse.

He was. He played 45 games before the trade. The idiot coach Cameron hated him for some reason and scratched him repeatedly to the point where it was unlikely he'd even sign an RFA contract, so he was traded for a 3rd rounder.

Cameron is a dipshit and the team gave up on him way too early, IMO.

Well as scary as that is to say Edmonton has probably had more success in the last 20 years than Toronto. So when for some reason a Leafs fan starts bashing their team they have a leg to stand on.
