Devils have placed Damien Brunner on waivers...
I don't understand this move at all. The team lacks skill and he's been solid.

Deep Thoughts by Ilya Handy.
The sun comes up every day and it's beautiful.
Seems from what I've read that DeBoer just hates the guy, but considering the team's current injury situation, I feel like dropping players isn't the best idea.
Coyotes have placed Kyle Chipchurra on waivers - Next stop, Edmonton?

Given the Pens' injury situation up front, they might want to put a claim in on him.
Pens traded Phillip Sameulsson to AZ for Klinkhammer and a 6th.
As someone who has seen Samuelsson on a fairly frequent basis, I find this to be a strage trade by the Pens. Did he pee on the Mario statue or something?
Lots of guys in front of him on the depth chart. Dealing from depth for need (lots of injuries up front right now, need more size in the bottom six).
Jared Boll is big. And he's as bottom six as a guy gets.

Also, Klinkhammer is a great name. That carries value in and of itself.
I can think of at least two people who would approve of this post:
I think they could have gotten more for Philip Samuelsson but I guess he was going to have a hard time cracking the lineup - I know I heard not long ago about him being on the block - at least he gets to play with his brother now
