Fun fact. League leader in PP + PK % at 114.4% is not NJD (they are second).

incredibly it’s Nashville.

How is that even possible?

Please not Edmonton.
If he goes to Edmonton, he will be out of the league in ~3 years.

He has not improved his skating, and has shown resistance to working on it in the past. If he goes somewhere and steps right to the NHL, he will crash and burn. He needs to be somewhere he can develop alongside a potentially solid D partner. Which is precisely where he is right now.

I heard Montreal wanted him. Maybe Patty is ready to come home.

Hedger and Portzline are both saying no truth to the Jiricek rumor.

So that likely means it's already done.

Timo Meier goes double tooth extraction on Preds rookie. Probably will get to sit a couple and thi about what he has done.

Stars led 3-1 after 30.

Then they proceeded shit all over them selves.

Seravelli continues to be the only one hawking a Jiricek trade rumor, but he says that Minny, Philly, Pitt, Sabres and Sharks are in on it.

I could go for a bidding war.

On a related note, I don't think Frank knows the meaning of the word "imminent" :D

there was also this mentioned on Insider Trading regarding Canada asking Joey Daccord to play for them in that 4 nations thing ... after watching the prospects game last night I think they should ask Ravensbergen. He could be their hero ... he's been one before :noidea: lol

Yeah I mean I thought all the insiders were drinking funny juice when they were going on about offers of first round picks to Buffalo the first time he was traded and that ended up being an undersell so I can definitely still see some GM’s being insane enough to do this for him.
I never got the facination with him. I guess people see "BIG" d-man and salivate but in reality he can't play defense very well and gets the excuse he never played on a good team. If Skinner magically makes the playoffs this season in Edmonton, and he doesn't move out of Philly, I think he will take over as the longest tenured player never to play in the playoffs.
