I keep looking at that Shea Theodore contract and hope that the Blue Jackets try to capitalize on their situation and pry him out of there. Won't make a huge difference to their cap situation, though. So they probably wouldn't bite.

I would say that there is zero chance that Theodore is moved as a cap casualty. One of the best contracts in the league.

I'd bet they kick the can down the road by a year and move Patches. For starters anyway.
