I need to go on record as saying I never forgave Lindy and have wanted him gone since the day he was hired. Andrew Brunette came in last year and made us respectable, it was a fluke.

Not sure what to conclude from the above other than the fact that Ruzicka has all the tools to be a good NHL player except for a pretty low compete level. The emergence of Kevin Rooney who reminds me a lot of Tyler Motte convinced the Flames to put Ruzicka on waivers and while they were probably hoping he wouldn't get claimed, they're probably not shedding a tear that he was claimed.

I really can’t believe NJ hasn’t fired him. This is an absolutely lost cause of a season and while goaltending has been bad it’s not the whole picture.
With the Blue Jackets likely hiring a coach in the offseason, I would prefer he stay in his current employment situation.
